1. Ordering
Orders are accepted via our website or partners. Prices include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Availability may vary by location and time. GST invoices are available on request for eligible orders. You must be at least 18 years of age to place an order.
- Ensure the delivery address and pincode are accurate and reachable.
- Order confirmation will be shown on-screen and sent via SMS/Email when available.
- Modifications after checkout are not guaranteed; contact support promptly.
2. Delivery
Delivery times vary by pincode and demand. We aim for 30–45 minutes. Force majeure may cause delays. In high demand or adverse weather, estimated times are indicative only.
- Contactless delivery is available on request in supported pincodes.
- Delivery partner may contact you for directions; unanswered calls can delay delivery.
- Risk and title pass to you upon delivery at the address provided.
3. Refunds & Cancellations
Quality issues reported within 24 hours are eligible for refunds or re-delivery at our discretion.
- Cancellation window: within 5 minutes of placing the order if preparation has not started.
- Online payments: refunds to original payment method within 5–7 business days post-approval.
- Cash-on-delivery: eligible resolutions may be re-delivery or digital coupon of equivalent value.
- Submit clear evidence (order ID, photos if applicable) to expedite resolution.
4. Acceptable Use
Users must not misuse the platform, attempt fraud, or infringe intellectual property rights. Do not interfere with the service, reverse engineer, or bypass security features.
- Provide authentic information and refrain from multiple accounts for abuse of offers.
- Reviews and feedback should be factual, respectful, and not defamatory.
- We may suspend or terminate accounts for violations without prior notice.
5. Payments
We accept major credit/debit cards, UPI, select wallets, and COD in eligible pincodes. All transactions are processed in INR.
- Payment authorization failures may lead to automatic order cancellation.
- Promotional offers cannot be combined unless explicitly stated.
- Taxes and delivery fees are displayed at checkout before you pay.
6. Food Safety & Allergens
Our kitchens handle gluten, dairy, nuts, soy, and other allergens. Cross-contact may occur. If you have allergies, please review item details and contact support before ordering.

7. Service Availability
Service hours and coverage depend on your pincode. We may limit orders per customer per day to maintain fairness and quality.
- Platform maintenance windows may cause temporary unavailability.
- Menu and pricing are subject to change without notice.
8. Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Alphaaibase Pizza Co. is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our aggregate liability for any order shall be limited to the amount paid by you for that order.
9. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. Material changes will be highlighted on this page.
10. Privacy
We process your data in accordance with applicable Indian laws. For details on data collection, retention, and your rights, review the Privacy Summary via the button above.
11. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Subject to arbitration where applicable, courts in Bengaluru, Karnataka shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
- Disputes may be first raised with our Grievance Officer for amicable resolution.
- If unresolved, disputes may be referred to a sole arbitrator under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996. Venue: Bengaluru. Language: English.
